PROGRESSIVE
STRENGTH CLASSES.

HERE FOR A LONG TIME.

Think personal training in a small group setting.

These classes are for people who want to see and feel real results in their strength, body and overall confidence.

Your body changes when it’s challenged so instead of performing cookie-cutter workouts, our team builds out the Program in three month cycles to maximize results based on our members’ needs.

Since we keep our classes small (10 people or less) and hold to a high standard of training, there are only 60 membership slots available for the Program. To access these classes you must have a unlimited membership pass. No drop-ins at this time.

 HOW IT‘S DIFFERENT

  • SEMI- PRIVATE

As a high-quality movement space, we take the time to educate and prioritize good form, giving our clients optimal results and preventing injury. We cap our strength classes at 9 members so you’ll get one-on-one attention in a group setting.

  • 3 MONTH CYCLES

The best training programs keep your body guessing and progressing. That’s why, instead of just giving you one great workout at a time, our strength classes are based on a big-picture 12-week program, including 4 weeks of each phase: endurance, hypertrophy and strength. It’s the best way to keep being challenged to get continuous gains.

  • TRAINING FOR LIFE

Surf? Hike? Want to keep up with your kids? Our workouts are designed to get you stronger for more than just your summer bod. Our program focuses on more than just the main lifts, incorporating in functional movements that will help you live your fittest, raddest life.

 HOW TO GET STARTED

START WITH A CONSULT.

Because we really care about you and your results joining our Program is a little different than most gyms.

Before joining Progressive Classes, you need to complete an onboarding process. Start by scheduling a consult with one of our trainers. They’ll complete a quick movement assessment with you to ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to perform the necessary technical movements included in the strength program. You should have experience working with a barbell and a good foundation in key movements like deadlifts and squats.

YOUR TRAINER WILL EITHER OK YOU FOR CLASS OR RECOMMEND SOME 1-ON-1’S.

Based on your experience and form, your trainer will either recommend doing 1-4 “one-on-one” foundation sessions to give you the tools you need to jump into the classes safely and confidently or they’ll okay you to dive right into class!

BE A BOSS.

Included in your Progressive Strength Class membership is access to ALL Boss classes, including Community classes, as well as, access to our Hyperice Recovery Area, Inbody Composition Scans and discounts to our in-house services.
